Flying Hogmonkey Films is an award winning independent film studio based in the San Francisco Bay Area. It started with writer/filmmaker Saurav Mohapatra and his desire to tell stories that spanned his interests in genre fiction as well as the immigrant experience.

Saurav's embrace of the scrappy and lean guerilla filmmaking techniques, in order to be able to create and present these stories with minimal crew and expense, created the unique voice and flavor of Flying Hogmonkey Films' offerings.
